We’ve created this page to provide you with some extra information on the type of products we supply. This is not a complete list by any means, it’s merely a quick overview of the type of projects we see on a regular basis. We’re always open to looking at other project types that are not mentioned here, so don’t be shy, get in touch. Just reading about some of the reasons other people use our services may also be useful to you.
Multiple Design Projects
When most other patchmakers avoid complicated orders of this type, we embrace them. This has become our specialty. We don’t mind if your order contains multiple designs, with multiple variations and different quantities. We will help turn your project into reality. Please do keep in mind that adding variations of any type can have an adverse effect on the overall cost of the order. If you have more than one design, then it’s often best to place them in a zip folder before attaching them to the quote form or sending via email.
Branded Logo Patches
This is by far the most common product type we make, mainly because most businesses have a logo of some description. Branding your staff workwear or uniforms is a smart way to get some free advertising. When your employees are going about their daily activities, they can be actively helping to promote your business.
Service Businesses
We can make very small orders of logo based embroidered patches (no minimum order). From Plumbers to Gardeners and Cleaners, all are welcome.
School Sports Patches
Popular with schools large and small, we embrace this type of complicated order and will happily work on this type of project, even if you’ve been turned down elsewhere. We understand your needs and will normally factor in a generous discount for projects that contain multiple designs. We can also make bulk orders of school blazer badges etc, but we do not supply individual blazer badges to parents, they will only be supplied to the school.
Airsoft/Paintball Team Patches
This is another popular request, we make a lot of this patch type for the Paintball/Airsoft community, in all shapes and sizes, with Velcro® Hook backing.
Sports Bar Patches
This has become a popular request, we make a lot of this patch type for Sports Bars across America.
Large Back Patches
Everybody loves a large embroidered backpatch (an example is shown above), they just ooze quality. What you may not know is just how time consuming and expensive they are to produce. The cost of producing just one unique large backpatch can be from $75 to $150, but the price is quickly reduced as the order quantity is increased.
Biker Patch Sets
Above is a nice example of a full biker club patch set. These usually have a large central design, with an array of peripheral patches to denote various roles in the club. These have become even more popular since the Sons of Anarchy hit the screens a few years back. The most popular text font for these is ‘Carnivalee Freakshow’, as used for the biker patches in the television series.
Embroidered Text Patches
We welcome orders of this type, but will usually require you to order at least 10 patches.
Retail Patches
We do occasionally produce orders for retailers, but please note that we do not offer retail packaging, all orders are loose packed. The examples shown are for illustration purposes only.
Team or Club Patches
We’re happy to help you with any order, large or small for your team or club. We regularly make orders for a wide variety of clubs including, Football, Hockey, Rugby, Archery, Fencing, Skiing, Motorsport, Paintball, Airsoft, Equestrian, Polo, Swimming, Basketball, Boxing, Tennis, Cycling, Darts, Golf and Roller Derby etc.
Subscription Box Services
If you operate this type of business/charity and are putting a project together, then we’re happy to help you create embroidered patch products for your patrons. We’ve worked with more than a few organizations in this sector and can deal with projects large and small if the need arises.
Cut-Out Style Patches
This is where our customers can get adventurous. If you’ve already had a look at our recent projects page, you’ll know that we’ve produced some truly weird and wacky cut-out designs. So, if you have something unusual in mind, don’t be afraid to ask. The stylisticat images shown above are examples of the many different ways we can style a border.
Charity/Fundraiser Patches
A recurring method used by fundraisers is to sell an official event patch. these are usually bought in larger quantities of up to 1000 patches, then resold to raise money for their particular cause.
Sponsor Patches
Popular with sports teams and individual competitors being sponsored by one or more companies for an event. Please consider that most embroidery businesses charge on a ‘per design’ basis and projects of this type can get expensive very quickly, especially for very small orders containing multiple designs.
Fancy Dress and Costume Patches
We’ve previously made products for quite a few television programs, movies and theatrical productions. We’re happy to work with costume designers and individuals to create whatever you need.
Our Patches Have Been To Space!
We have previously made several projects for the ‘European Space Agency’ and the ‘Venus Project’.

Renewables
The iron on glue we use for our patches is a Polyamide-based (PA) hot melt adhesive, which is made from renewable raw materials such as castor or rape seed oil.
